Boxing Day Soup (V GF)
Mix of Christmas vegetables blended with cream, served with homemade bread roll.

Goats Cheese Soufflé
Topped with rich cheese sauce and crunchy walnut and apple salad.

Smoked Salmon Carpaccio (GF)
Slices of oak smoked salmon finish with horseradish cream, candy lemon and pea shoots.

Pork Pâté
Smooth pork pate with homemade Christmas chutney with toasted brioche.

Roast turkey breast with beef dripping roast potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, homemade Yorkshire puddings, seasonal vegetables.

Steamed Venison and Port Pudding
Homemade venison and port pudding served with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Poached Fillet of Salmon
Poached salmon fillet served with new potatoes wilted spinach, a herb and lemon butter.
